Tristan Botteram Earns First UCI Enduro World Cup Victory at Val di Fassa

The Enduro World Cup delivered one of its most dramatic races of the season this weekend in Val di Fassa, Italy, where S1 Racing's Tristan Botteram captured his first-ever UCI Enduro World Cup victory.

Mother Nature had other plans for the event. Severe weather forced organizers to cancel multiple stages, leaving the Elite Men's race to be decided on a single, high-pressure final stage. With just 1.32 kilometers remaining, there was no room for mistakes.

When it mattered most, Tristan delivered.

Charging through the decisive Ciasates EDR stage, Tristan set the fastest time of the day, edging out Lief Rogers by just 0.8 seconds while gaining an incredible 6.5 seconds on overall race leader Tommaso Calonaci.

The remarkable ride erased the deficit and secured the overall victory by an astonishing margin of only 0.6 seconds.

The result marks a milestone in Tristan's career, earning both his first UCI Enduro World Cup victory and his first World Cup podium.

"It was a special day for sure," said Botteram. "With so many stages being cancelled and having to put everything into one final run, it was difficult to reset mentally and deliver when it mattered most. To perform under that pressure, knowing I had a chance to win, feels incredible.

"It's been a long journey since November. I've worked extremely hard to get here, so taking my first World Cup win and first World Cup podium at the same time is something really special."

Congratulations to Tristan and the entire S1 Racing team on an unforgettable performance. Results like these continue to showcase the performance and reliability of TRP products at the highest level of enduro racing, and we're proud to support athletes pushing the limits on the world stage.
